The unit we got was clean and really cozy with a minimal. Location: the hotel was really close to shops next door and across the street, Shin Kobe and Sannomiya and Kanazawa train station.

A fantastic property with impeccable cleanliness and great service at a good value. The units are newly decorated and attractively furnished, showcasing a nice design. The helpful staff enhance the experience further. The location is magnificent, conveniently situated near Shinkansen Station, Sannomiya Station, and a local convenience store. A great choice for celebrating the new year!

Reasonably large & recently renovated room with climate control, a personal safe and pay TV. Pleasant view, great service, large beds. Particularly good and favourable location, minute walk from At One. Friendly and extremely friendly staff of the hotel.

I had a really enjoyable stay for 2 nights, and the weather was wonderful. The staff were friendly and ready to assist. Its location was convenient and fantastic, being just steps away from restaurants, a bus stop, and a train station, with shops right next door and across the street. I didn't want to leave, so I can't recommend this hotel highly enough!
